- Quotations: Free, no-obligation quotes are valid for 14 days. Final price depends on the size, condition, and specific job requirements.
- Bookings & payment: Bookings must be confirmed before services. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- Liability: We use professional, safe products and techniques, but can’t guarantee restoration of pre-existing damage (like burns or permanent stains).
- Customer responsibilities: Inform us in advance about access issues, allergies, or any special requirements.
- Law & jurisdiction: These terms are governed by UK law.
